I have been a Yoga practitioner for over 30 years. I am passionate about sharing the freedom and joy that Yoga can bring both physically and mentally to everyone. Yoga is a very practical science, which teaches us how to create harmony between mind, body and spirit through the breath, helping us improve in all areas in whatever we do.

I have a down to earth style and I am able to adapt postures to each individual’s need. Sometimes we have to regress and progress to result in correct alignment and maximum benefit. Correct alignment is a vital part of Yoga.

No matter what level you are at in your chosen sport, Yoga can help improve your performance. Going back to basics always yields results and prevents injuries from bad habits.
